A Founder’s Message: Why I Built McRollin

After two decades advising institutions across global trade, government, and enterprise, I witnessed firsthand how unethical practices—both overt and insidious—erode trust, hinder performance, and perpetuate inequality. I saw glossy consulting strategies that never got implemented, and brilliant SMEs left behind by elite firms who never designed for their reality.

McRollin was born from a simple but urgent conviction: the consulting industry must do better. We must build organizations not only for performance, but for purpose. That means tackling corruption head-on, embedding ESG from the inside out, and making world-class consulting accessible to the people and sectors that need it most.
