The Leadership Journey

For me personally, leading the McRollin Pilot is another test of global leadership: coordinating across multiple hubs, adapting to diverse regulatory and cultural systems, and translating values into scalable practice. The next step is deepening this journey through the Stanford LEAD program — equipping me to expand McRollin from a pioneering pilot into a globally recognized consultancy for integrity, climate neutrality, and sustainability.
